Make sure that the Wi-Fi hotspot on the Nvidia Jetson AGX Orin developer kit is turned on (it is by default). If it is turned on, a Wi-Fi hotspot named locameraXX can be found (XX are numbers associated with your system).
Connect to the Nvidia Jetson AGX Orin developer kit’s Wi-Fi hotspot from your mobile device (by default, there is no password).
Once your device is connected, access http://10.42.0.1 in your browser, and the dashboard will be shown.
From here you can access and control the camera tool.
